27th Annual Polar Bears Tournament registration page
       (Travel Teams Requiring Hotel Accommodations)

The CT Polar Bears have teamed up with the Greater Hartford Visitor and
Convention Bureau to provide discounted hotel booking for the 27th Annual
Polar Bears Christmas Tournament.

Travel teams requiring hotel accommodations are required to reserve rooms at the same time they complete an application.
Approved Hotels have been pre-selected for each age group and division so that teams may book
or reserve rooms only in hotels that are geographically located to the rinks they will be playing at.
All teams must register through our hotel booking site, there are no exceptions.

A single team contact (registrar) must reserve a block of rooms and complete the application.
The team's contact must use the same e-mail address for the hotel booking and the application's team contact.

Checklist of items you will need to register.
 

  • Printer to print registration confirmation page.
  • USA Hockey team registration number.
    (Canadian teams must register as travel teams)
  • Complete Roster and Jersey numbers. (8-20 players), U-14 through U19, players current grade level (7th,  8th, FR, SO, JR, SR.). U12 and U10 teams do not need to enter their current grade level.
  • Two cell phone numbers to contact team while traveling.
  • All contact information for team registrar.
  • Name of coaches and assistant coaches and team manager. All coaches phone numbers.
  • Teams website. (Not mandatory)

To register:

  • Follow the link below to our Hotel reservations site.
  • Reserve a block of rooms and acquire a Hotel group code.
  • Record your Hotel group Code as it will be needed for the application.
  • You will be directed to our travel team registration page.
  • Complete the registration form.
  • Proceed to our hotel reservation and travel team application site
     

    • Print your confirmation page.

    • Mail payment : Your check for $ 1450.00 US.
      must be received along with your confirmation page for application to be valid,

    • All checks must be received within 5 working days.

    • Checks payable to "Connecticut Polar Bears"
