Alumnae #FridayFeature: Kayla Campero

Kayla, a lifelong Bear, started with the organization as a U10 and graduated in 2011. She completed a successful four-year career at the University of Connecticut, graduating in 2015, and thereafter played a year of professional hockey overseas with ESC Planegg in Germany.

Today, Kayla is a registered nurse in the Boston area.

Kayla's Favorite Memory as a Bear:
Every single U19s Sunday practice. What a fun time!! Getting picked up on Sundays from school with my other Choate Bears and having a day. Fitz always made practice fun - and seeing all the girls, all my best friends, was the highlight of the week.

Advice to Current Bears:
Enjoy! There is nothing better than your Bears family!
