Register For U19 Tryouts For the 2023-2024 Season

All tryouts will be held at the Rinks at Shelton.
Please register using the registration link.
Tryout fees are not refundable.
Players should expect to attend a minimum of 1 tryout session. If you cannot attend a session please email info@ctpolarbears.com.
If you need tryout accommodations please email info@ctpolarbears.com ASAP, modifications will be made on a first come first serve basis.
You will be notified of your initial session time 3 days ahead of the first session.
Additional sessions and tryout opportunities may be added.
